10 Minute Guide on the IMO's ISM Code

A newly produced pocket guide to the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS) has been produced with the support from the Tsavliris Salvage Group by the Cyprus Marine Environment Protection Association (CYMEPA). Entitled ?A 10-Minute Guide on IMO?s ISPS Code?, the publication follows the success several years ago of a similar CYMEPA- published guide on International Safety Management (ISM) and, like the earlier booklet, provides a digest of the main points of the new requirements in simple language and an easy-to-read format. It is primarily aimed at seafarers to understand the provisions of the ISPS code and correctly apply them . but is also intended to be of benefit to office staff as well.
