ADMIRALTY Paper Charts

ADMIRALTY Paper Charts (Standard Nautical Charts)

What are ADMIRALTY Charts?

British ADMIRALTY Charts are Nautical Charts that comply with Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) regulations and are ideal for professional, commercial and recreational leisure use. ADMIRALTY Charts within the series consist of a range of scales, useful for passage planning, ocean crossings, coastal navigation and entering port.

What size are ADMIRALTY Charts?

ADMIRALTY Charts vary in size, but they are always folded to approximately 540mm x 715mm. All ADMIRALTY Charts come with at least one fold in them, but depending on the chart size there may be additional folds. You can see the exact size of each ADMIRALTY Chart on the ADMIRALTY Online Catalogue.

ADMIRALTY Charts Selection

Mariners should always use the largest scale ADMIRALTY Charts appropriate to their needs. In particularly busy seaways such as the English Channel, Gulf of Suez and the Malacca and Singapore Straits, ADMIRALTY Charts are supplemented by mariners’ routeing guides which provide advice on route planning in these complex areas.

Can I view ADMIRALTY Charts online free?
