This is the third season of the award-winning international TV series. The story unfolds across seven one-hour shows as the crew members experience the highs and lows of highly competitive ocean racing right from the start in Liverpool, UK; a five-week Atlantic leg opens up the series as the fleet heads south to Uruguay and then east to South Africa.

The infamous Southern Ocean is at its fiercest and Christmas heralds the Australian blue-water classic Sydney-Hobart race before the stifling heat of the tropics, China and the desolate North Pacific. USA coast-to-coast via the unique Panama Canal before heading back across the Atlantic to Europe.
